IT systems engineer energy trading

For our client ENGIE we are looking for an IT systems engineer with experience in energy trading.

Beschrijving

Ensure the development, design, and integration of customized solutions for the monitoring and steering of connected devices driving the energy transition, including:
Solar panels
Electric vehicles (EVs)
Home batteries
Heat pumps
Thermodynamic boilers, heating systems
The role has a dual purpose:
1. Energy optimization for end consumers, maximizing the efficiency of their devices.
2. Electricity market optimization, contributing to grid balancing and flexibility.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of energy trading.

Advanced (5 years < x <= 8 years)

Senior (8 years < x <= 10 years)

Architecture SOA et web Services (WCF)

AWS

Databricks

Knowledge of financial products (Futures, Options, Forwards, Swaps, ), trade lifecycle

Python V3

Languages: Dutch/French/English
