Role Overview:

  • Participate in the ongoing digital transformation project (ShERPa) and manage complex change requests in SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Support the transition from SAP ECC to a greenfield S/4HANA implementation with a focus on rebuilding Ariba integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in technico-functional workshops focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to redesign Ariba-S/4HANA interfaces.
  • Perform interface mapping and development using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
  • Collaborate on testing activities with internal functional teams and external consortium teams managing S/4HANA implementation.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal IT teams.

Technical Environment:

  • Existing platforms: SAP ECC and SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing & Contracts, Guided Buying, Spend Analysis, Supply Chain Collaboration).
  • Planned upgrade: Full S/4HANA implementation and integration redesign.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of technico-functional experience in at least two SAP Ariba modules: Supply Chain Collaboration, Sourcing & Contracts.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba SLP and Guided Buying (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in SAP CIG and integration mapping between Ariba and backend systems (SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
  • Familiarity with public sector or public transportation industry environments.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing complex interfaces in large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira/Xray tools is a plus.

Conformity Criteria:

  • Demonstrated technico-functional expertise in SAP Ariba SCC, Sourcing & Contracts (8+ years).
  • Strong experience with CIG integration/mapping for SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
  • General understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA architecture.
  • Previous involvement in Ariba implementations at NMBS is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
