SAP EWM specialist, Energy sector (Freelance possible)

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

The Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department supports all of our client's business activities. It allows them to run efficiently and grow. She/He ensures that they are equipped with an autonomous IT system, in line with the evolution of its needs and technologies.
The DBS department has been structured into three main service delivery units. One of them, the "IT Service Management, Transition & ERP" unit, manages the processes and applications that support the management of the HR, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Communication departments.
Within this unit, the ERP team helps the HR, Finance, Logistics and Procurement departments to optimize their working methods and improve the user experience. In this regard, it makes changes to existing applications or develops new solutions that meet the needs of internal customers. The ERP team is made up of about fifteen professionals and consists of project managers, technical/functional analysts and developers.

The team is looking for a SAP EWM Expert.

📝Your profile

• Knowledge of logistics processes : receiving, storage, picking, shipping, resource and task management, automation.
• Oral and written proficiency in one of the two national languages (NL and/or FR)
• Participation in at least 1 successful/finalized EWM implementation (not in a support role), ideally in a context of migration from WM/Stock Room management to EWM. Provide 3 references on these projects + a description of the roles and responsibilities
• Proven experience as SAP Functional/ Technical Analyst
• Proven experience with embedded SAP EWM module (BASIC)
• Proven experience with EWM parameterization/customization, integration with MM, SD and PM, interface management and SAP architecture, ABAP debugging…
• Proven experience with S/4 HANA (Stock Room Management / WM Module)
• The resource demonstrates during an interview pedagogy, ability to transfer skills, clear communication with the Business and IT teams, management of resistance to change.
• Experience in the energy sector
• Project methodology : mastery of the design, configuration, testing and deployment phases, with an agile or hybrid approach.
