Role Overview:

  • Serve as a key link between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Drive HR-related projects from design to successful implementation.
  • Ensure that projects align with functional, technical, budgetary, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Monitor and report project progress, addressing issues and ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT for successful project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough process reviews and assess the impact of changes on processes, applications, data, and reporting.
  • Prepare communication and training materials to support change management.

Strategic HR Contributions

  • Build a strong internal network across the organization.
  • Act as an ambassador for modern HR policies and digital transformation.

Project Portfolio Examples

  • Implementing learning platforms.
  • Rolling out performance management tools.
  • Developing chatbots.
  • Introducing new planning tools and job sites.
  • Migrating SAP solutions to the cloud.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (preferably in HR) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR focusing on processes, project & change management, or strategy.
  • 5+ years of HR project management experience, ideally within HRIS.
  • Experience managing at least 4 projects involving SuccessFactors (Onboarding, Learning, or Goals & Performance).

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Collaborative and inquisitive team player.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and deadline-conscious.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level).

Conformity Criteria:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience (focus on HR processes, project/change management, or strategy).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR project management experience (preferably HRIS).
  • SuccessFactors project leadership in at least 4 projects involving specific modules.
  • Minimum on-site presence: 3 days per week.
  • Experience with HRIS projects in large Belgian companies (15,000+ employees).

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Learning, Goals & Performance, Recruitment & Onboarding).
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience with functional analysis and change management.
  • User acceptance testing management expertise.
