About Our Client:

Our client is a global leader and manufacturer in lifting solutions, load securing, and working-at-height safety, producing heavy-duty lifting, load-control, and fall-protection equipment.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager — Synthetic Products to grow revenue by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell lifting, rigging, and fall-protection products to industrial customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide customer consultations.
• Prepare quotations and lead sales negotiations.
• Propose technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a focus on synthetic lifting products such as webbing slings, round slings, lashing, or other related industrial products.
• At least 2 years' experience leading a sales team.
• Proven track record in developing new markets and retaining existing customers.
• Able to assess industrial customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Established customer network in manufacturing, logistics, ports, construction, and mining sectors.
• Knowledgeable about lifting safety and material handling standards.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
