About Our Client:
Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will drive sales and profitability within your industry by exploring market opportunities and potential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target construction projects.
- Visit project sites to assess the needs of the scaffolding and formwork system.
- Work with the engineering team to create proposals for the required scaffolding and formwork systems.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Prepare contracts, manage customer payments, and oversee shipments.
- Regularly visit construction sites after sales to provide support and address any questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector, preferably in sales.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of engineering, project management, and commercial practices.
- Self-motivated, independent, and committed.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills, open-minded, growth-oriented, result-driven, and responsible.
