Position Overview:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager — Finance to support the finance and accounting function by overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee core accounting activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards.
  • Ensure accurate tax compliance and reporting in line with Indonesian regulations, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax.
  • Monitor and support cost control initiatives to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of required documents and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide practical solutions to support management decisions.
  • Maintain and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and business support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisor or team leader role.
  • Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from General Ledger through Financial Reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax.
  • Experience preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Good understanding of cost control.
  • Experience handling internal and external audits.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Willing to be placed according to company needs.
  • Possession of Brevet A & B certification.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
