Recruitment Consultant

Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join us. This position involves overseeing the complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires and external client projects. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to provide outstanding talent solutions, while maintaining Engio's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
• Deliver recruitment projects for clients in various industries.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Work with hiring managers and clients to define job needs, specifications, and cultural alignment.
• Offer market insights, candidate mapping, and strategic advice to clients and internal teams.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues to drive recruitment success.

Operational & Reporting

• Create and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and project trackers.
• Ensure all processes align with company policies.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or consulting); prior work with both internal and client recruitment is a plus.
• Proficient in interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
• Experienced with sourcing tools like job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and headhunting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
