The Role at a Glance

Engio is partnering with a global leader in critical environment management to find a Senior Facility Manager (Data Center). This is a high-impact leadership role within the backbone of Indonesia's digital economy. You will be responsible for the "Five Nines" (99.999%) availability of massive hyperscale data centers, overseeing the physical infrastructure that keeps the world's leading tech platforms online.

What You'll Be Doing

• Command & Control: Lead the national operational strategy for critical power (UPS, HV switchgear, Generators) and cooling systems (Chilled Water, CRAH) across multiple sites.
• Team Mastery: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of shift engineers, technicians, and specialized facility staff.
• Uptime Excellence: Ensure 100% SLA compliance by overseeing strict MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and SOPs to mitigate risk during maintenance.
• Efficiency & Sustainability: Monitor and optimize PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and energy consumption via advanced Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strategic Partnership: Manage high-stakes relationships with specialized vendors and act as the primary technical interface for enterprise clients.

The Engineering Blueprint (What You Bring)

• The Experience: 10–15 years in Facility Management, with a significant track record in Data Centers, Power Plants, or Mission-Critical industrial facilities.
• The Expertise: Deep technical mastery of Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) infrastructure and "Critical Environment" safety protocols (LOTO, COHE).
• The Leader: Proven experience managing multi-site teams, complex asset lifecycles, and multi-million dollar OpEx/CapEx budgets.
• The Crisis Manager: A calm, decisive approach to technical troubleshooting and incident response in high-pressure environments.
• The Communicator: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective engagement with global corporate stakeholders.
• The Degree: B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Professional Engineer/PE license is highly advantageous).
