Were seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning talent strategy with business goals and driving a culture of compliance, accountability, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders (ManagerVP) on workforce planning, org design, leadership development, and DEI initiatives.

  • Lead complex employee & labor relations, ensuring compliance in both union and non-union environments.

  • Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development.

  • Deliver core HR programs (merit, engagement, talent reviews) and provide data-driven insights to guide decisions.

  • Champion organizational change and foster effective communication across HR and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years progressive HR experience (4+ in leadership; 1+ in unionized healthcare or hospital setting).

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders in complex organizations.

  • Strengths in organizational design, workforce analytics, talent development, and change management.

  • Strong communication, executive presence, and business acumen.

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
