You'll play a critical role in expanding market reach, growing revenue, and empowering scientific customers through a network of trusted partners. What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our client's partnerships program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the full lifecycle of partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding to enablement and ongoing management.
  • Developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with both international and domestic partners.
  • Driving partner engagement and performance through clear communication, training, and metrics tracking.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment and support for partner success.
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities, from academic institutions to global distributors.
  • Monitoring partner pipeline and forecasting impact on revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Maintaining all partner materials, collateral, onboarding documentation, and enablement resources.
  • Providing crucial feedback to product and leadership teams based on partner insights and market signals.

What We're Looking For

  • 7-10 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic account management within the biotech, life sciences, or scientific services industry.
  • Scientific fluency or experience working with researchers, labs, or genomics tools is a strong preference.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to balance strategy and executionyou can think big and get in the weeds to get things done.
  • Comfortable working across departments and with global partners.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace).
