Responsibilities

  • Managing ongoing commercial activities for a vital product portfolio, encompassing the creation of compelling promotional campaigns, messages, and programs, providing essential product knowledge support, and forecasting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to strategically prioritize regulatory submissions and reimbursement projects across various international markets.
  • Defining value-add initiatives, such as critical clinical studies, and effectively coalescing organizational resources for International teams.
  • Leading product launches for priority markets, ensuring success through robust planning, sound execution tactics, and meticulous tracking metrics.
  • Collecting competitive intelligence, building insightful market models, and maintaining a clear view of salient regional customer needs and trends to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Defining the comprehensive portfolio plan for International regions, leveraging the existing global product pipeline and evaluating appropriate regional customization needs.
  • Building and maintaining successful partnerships with internal Alameda and Regional Marketing teams, as well as crucial distributor partners, to flawlessly execute and localize global commercial strategies.
  • Driving day-to-day commercialization support activities, including the creation of impactful marketing literature, procurement of essential demo and selling tools, and coordination of valuable customer visits.
  • Reviewing HCC (Healthcare Compliance) submissions and expertly shepherding workflows in close collaboration with International Sales leadership and the HCC team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters degree is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries is highly desired.
  • A willingness to embrace challenging assignments and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, expertly identify issues, and effectively implement solutions.
  • A proven track record of working successfully cross-functionally and inter-culturally.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products across multiple geographies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop products or define portfolio strategy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with both internal and external parties.
  • A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and manage various projects simultaneously.
