Job brief
Were seeking a passionate and people-focused individual to work closely with the HR team to enhance the employee experience. As a People & Culture Specialist, youll support initiatives that create a smooth onboarding process, foster a positive work environment, organize team activities and events (both locally and internationally), and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
Promote a healthy, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Plan and execute team-building activities and company events inside and outside Egypt.
Act as a support point for employees, helping resolve concerns and maintain open communication.
Conduct regular check-ins with team members to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Support the implementation of employee engagement strategies and cultural initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar people-first role, preferably in the tech industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to employee culture and engagement.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing events and team activities.

Fluent in English.
