Summary
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team! This role is essential in supporting the U.S. HR operations by partnering closely with business leaders and providing strategic and tactical HR guidance. From talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, reporting, and employee experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR projects, including global programs, making this an ideal role for a motivated HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a growing international company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for executives within assigned business units

  • Collaborate with leadership to define, implement, and manage HR strategies and deliverables

  • Ensure cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with global teams and leaders

  • Support the company's expat employee population

  • Manage the sourcing process for assigned hires in coordination with departmental requests

  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to develop and negotiate offer packages

  • Participate in onboarding and new hire training to support a seamless employee experience

  • Maintain and support SAP-HR and ADP HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity

  • Conduct employee data audits and support process automation initiatives

  • Generate reports for HR KPIs, including hiring success, employee experience, attrition, and exit trends

  • Prepare monthly headcount reports and HR scorecards for executive leadership

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and cost tracking by employee cost centers

  • Respond to employee inquiries and ensure HR compliance with labor laws

  • Coordinate with external HR vendors and assist in invoice reconciliation

  • Conduct new hire check-ins and assist with other HR duties as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources is required

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR initiatives

  • Strong track record of achieving goals and meeting project deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience specifically utilizing VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables within Excel is required

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and HR systems

Education/Certification Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree required

$ 95,000.00 - 105,000.00 (US Dollar)
