Summary:

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager - Domestic 3PL Freight to join their team! This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader ready to drive growth in a fast-paced domestic freight environment. You will lead and expand a motivated sales team, shape strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to help scale the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a sales team from 10 to 20+ representatives focused on domestic freight services
• Develop, implement, and oversee strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to maximize team revenue and development
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure sales goals support the overall business strategy
• Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities
  
• Travel as necessary to support sales teams and client relationships across multiple regions

Required Qualifications:

• Proven success in domestic freight sales with strong knowledge of transportation and logistics
• At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, managing high-performing teams
• Ability to build scalable sales processes while fostering a strong sales culture
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Willing to travel up to 20% as required
