Inspections Sales Rep
Job Description:
Summary:
Our client is seeking an Inspections Sales Representative to join their team! This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying fire and life safety needs, and promoting inspection services to meet customer expectations. The representative will manage an assigned territory, develop tailored sales strategies, and grow revenue by providing practical solutions and leveraging existing client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan (30-60-90 day business plan) with clear strategies to achieve goals
- Promote inspection and service offerings for fire alarm, fire protection, and life safety systems
- Leverage existing client accounts by presenting add-on services or upgraded coverage options
- Schedule sales calls, follow up on leads, and apply defined marketing strategies to qualify prospects
- Analyze client needs and recommend customized service solutions to meet fire and life safety requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and support staff to deliver seamless client service and ensure successful outcomes
- Consistently track sales performance and align daily activities with assigned quotas and targets
Qualifications:
- Direct experience in fire alarm, fire protection, or life safety system sales preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to build client relationships
- Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with personal computer systems and standard office software
Education/Certification Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of industry-related sales experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
