YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the CEO and leading the Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead marketing strategy and execution to elevate our brand and drive business growth. You will:

  • Develop and manage a cohesive brand strategy that reflects M&P Mercurys luxury, legacy, trust, and premium marine lifestyle experience.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website and inventory updates, SEO/SEM, and paid social campaigns that drive visibility and demand.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content across digital, print, video, and showroom channels to support brand storytelling and sales.
  • Oversee storytelling initiatives, product launches, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media to engage and inspire customers.
  • Elevate the digital customer journey from initial discovery to ownership, enhancing every touchpoint.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience Director to plan and execute premium events, product launches, boat shows, open houses, VIP experiences, seasonal events, and co-branded activations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion, managing budgets and resources while using analytics to drive leads, conversions, and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research across marine, luxury, and outdoor lifestyle sectors, using insights to refine targeting, messaging, and brand positioning.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service & Parts, Events, Administration, and Accounting to deliver exceptional customer touchpoints throughout the journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with premium brands, influencers, marinas, industry associations, and manufacturers, driving strategic collaborations that elevate brand presence and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage creative and vendor relationships, including agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator to deliver high-quality assets and content that align with brand standards, on time and within budget.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  1. 35 years of progressive experience as a Senior Marketing Specialist or Marketing Manager, ideally within marine, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle.
  1. Proven track record leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  1. Proficient in design, content, and digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and website management systems.
  1. Strong command of digital marketing analytics, able to translate data from Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social insights into actionable qualitative and quantitative reports.
  1. Experienced in managing sizable marketing budgets, optimizing spend, staying on budget, and leveraging strong negotiation skills to maximize ROI.
  1. Versed in event coordination and high-touch activations, delivering flawlessly executed experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
  1. Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional writing, storytelling, and content skills tailored to luxury audiences.
  1. Hands-on marketing leader with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, experienced in mentoring teams, growing brand presence, and managing day-to-day details.
  1. Professional and tactful, able to maintain confidentiality when working with ultra-high-net-worth or public-profile clients.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • A diploma or bachelors degree in marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Agency experience in marketing or brand management is advantageous.
  • Passion for boating, luxury products, or outdoor recreation is highly valued.
