About the Role

Envoy Recruitment is seeking compassionate and driven Registered Nurses to join a Surgical Trauma Unit under new leadership committed to fostering a positive culture, professional growth opportunities, and strong work-life balance.

As an RN in the Surgical Trauma Unit, you will deliver direct patient care assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients recovering from surgical and trauma-related conditions. Youll work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, evidence-based patient care across the surgical trauma population

  • Conduct ongoing assessments, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes

  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive care delivery

  • Educate patients and families on recovery, safety, and discharge planning

  • Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards, hospital policies, and safety protocols

  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture focused on growth and excellence

What You Bring

Education

  • Required: Associate Degree in Nursing

  • Preferred: BSN or higher

Experience

  • New Graduates welcome to apply

  • Ideally 1 year of RN experience but not required

  • Passionate RN seeking opportunity to work toward high acuity patient care

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active Multi-State RN license (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another Compact state)

  • AHA BLS certification (required within 7 days of hire)

  • AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications (required within orientation period)
