Registered Nurse – Med/Surg & Telemetry

Full-Time | Days & Nights| Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Memphis, TN
Rate: $31.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Differentials: $4.25 for Nights and Weekends

About the Role

Envoy Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses to join a Medical-Surgical unit or a Telemetry unit on day or night shift. In this role, youll provide direct patient care to a diverse adult patient population while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with standards of practice
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Administer medications and provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures
• Promote professional growth, teamwork, and a culture of patient-centered care

What You Bring

Education

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: BSN

Experience

• Prior clinical nursing experience reviewed to determine appropriate placement
• Will cross train nurses for various backgrounds that can bring transferrable skills to the a hospital setting
• Med/Surg or Tele experience preferred but not required

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Multi-State RN License (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another Compact state)
• AHA BLS CPR (required within 7 days of hire)
• Basic Cardiac Rhythms (required during orientation)
