RN Cardiac Cath Lab

Full-Time | Days | Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: 30 mins SW of Charlotte

About the Role

Envoy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a leading hospitals cardiovascular services team. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

This position requires participation in a call rotation, including nights and weekends, to support emergent patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases

• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with physicians on individualized care plans

• Assist with all aspects of diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures

• Monitor patients closely and respond to changes in condition during procedures

• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up care

• Maintain compliance with all standards of nursing practice, infection control, and hospital policies

What You Bring

Education

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing

• Preferred: BSN or higher

Experience

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in either critical care, or strong cardiac, or a catheterization laboratory

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Multi-State RN license (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another Compact state)

• AHA BLS CPR (required within 7 days of hire)

• AHA ACLS (required within orientation period)

• CCRN certification preferred
