Envoy Recruitment is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position at a leading hospital in Goodyear, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative rehab team in an acute care setting and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes. 

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients using customized occupational therapy plans

• Support recovery and independence through therapeutic interventions

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff

• Educate patients and caregivers on home care strategies

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited OT program

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Acute care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
