️ Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with tailored physical therapy plans

• Coordinate with medical teams to optimize outcomes

• Educate patients and their families on recovery protocols

• Document progress and adjust care as needed

Requirements:

• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Acute care or outpatient experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply
