Base Salary: $225,000 $300,000 (based on experience)
Full-time | Physician-led organization | Outpatient Only

Were seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice community-based medicine with the support of a collaborative, physician-led healthcare organization.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for individuals and families

• Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians and support staff

• Participate in shared phone call coverage only no inpatient or hospitalist duties

• Help lead and shape quality improvement initiatives within a patient-first culture

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine (Required)
