Radiology Technologist 

Full-Time | Days | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid Over 2 Years)

Location: 30 mins SW of Charlotte Metro

Schedule Options:

  1. Days - Sat - Mon | 7:00 AM 7:30 PM ($2.75 Weekend Differential)
  2. Evenings - Tues- Fri |12:00PM to 10:30PM 
  3. Nights - Thurs - Sat | 7:00PM - 7AM ($2.50 Night Shift Differential)

About the Role

Envoy Recruitment is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Technologist to join a high-performing diagnostic imaging team. This role is responsible for performing radiographic examinations for patients of all ages, ensuring accurate imaging and excellent patient care.

Technologists will assess patient conditions, operate imaging equipment, prepare exam rooms, and maintain necessary records in PACS. In addition, this position offers the opportunity to serve as a clinical instructor for Radiologic Technology students, contributing to the growth of future imaging professionals. Call coverage may be required to meet departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality radiographic imaging across a wide patient population

  • Assess patients pre- and post-procedure, ensuring safety and comfort

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proficiency with PACS systems

  • Prepare examination rooms, maintain equipment, supplies, and medications

  • Accurately maintain patient records and support departmental performance improvement initiatives

  • Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor to Radiologic Technology students

  • Participate in call rotation as required to support patient care needs

What You Bring

Education

  • Required: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program (Associate Degree or equivalent)

  • Preferred: Graduation within 6 months may be considered

Experience

  • Experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred but not required

Licensure & Certifications

  • Registered with ARRT (or registry eligible, with registration required within 1 year of employment)

  • AHA BLS CPR certification (must be obtained within 7 days of hire)

  • SCRQSA license required
