  • Supports planners with work order admin, job packs, data entry & coordination for daily/weekly/shutdown activities.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • 2 years' experience in Microsoft Project planning software or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Assist job plans, track WO, prepare materials list, backlog tracking, shutdown support, KPI reporting.
