Completions Supervisor, Lead

Job Description:

• Lead all onsite completions, intervention and workover operations, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements, reporting to Lead DSV.
• Manage day-to-day completions activities, ensuring adherence to the drilling program and company standards.
• Assist and provide advice to Lead Drilling Supervisor and/or D&C Superintendent (or it's designated).
• Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
• Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
• Ensure compliance with Company's Standards and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Drilling, Completions, Workover, Intervention and Well Testing operations; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience.
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
