- Personnel shall possess a Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Personnel shall have minimum 5 years relevant experience in Offshore commissioning work of gas processing/wellhead platform. Personnel shall have minimum 5 years in specific discipline such as piping or electrical and instrumentation.
- The Senior E&I HUC Engineer is expected to work closely with the HUC CSR during Detail Engineering Stage for E&I related HUC Activities and Offshore E&I HUC Campaign Execution/Completion.
- To ensure contractor develop comprehensive ITRs, Isolation Plans, Commissioning Test Procedures etc and review all the related documents.
- Read and interpret engineering documents such as P&IDs, Isometrics, Cable Block Diagrams, Cable and Tubing Layouts, E&I Tag Items Hook Up Drawings, E&I Tag Items Drawings/Datasheets, MTOs and etc to confirm that the testing and final installations meet engineering design specifications.
- The Senior E&I HUC Engineer oversee the physical connection and functional testing of electrical and instrumentation equipment for surface facilities, from final engineering design through to the safe handover to operations.
- Assist the HUC CSR to review and validate the Contractors HUC Campaign Schedule Plans, Manpower Loadings, Workpacks, Job Cards, MTECs, Job Materials and etc.
- The Senior HUC Engineer shall lead the E&I commissioning efforts, work with contractor in developing and executing commissioning plans, monitoring test as required in CTP in order to ensuring safety compliance, verifying installations against designs, and troubleshooting issues throughout HUC campaign the start-up sequence.
- Senior HUC Engineer to ensure all E&I systems are installed and tested correctly as per engineering design and are ready for operation/start up at the end of campaign.
- Key duties include ensuring proper installation and wiring according to drawings, performing system tests, troubleshooting issues, overseeing punchlists and ensuring compliance with safety and project specifications for successful project completion.
- Have a valid Medical Fitness Certificate, Medical Examiner (AME) and T-Bosiet certificate.
