    Job Description:

    • Develop and manage the MPD planning with the team, ensuring safe and efficient well operations, implementing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and all other pre-job planning.
    • Conduct HTHP and MPD familiarization, onboarding, training and coaching.
    • Involve with Company's on daily and/or section work instruction write-up and discussion for MPD section.
    • Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
    • Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
    • Ensure compliance with Company's Standards and Procedures.
    • Capture all lessons learnt (including AAR) into Company's database and actively participate in Lessons Learnt/QAQC operating rhythm.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 15 years of MPD engineering and operations experience.
    • Minimum 10 years' experience as the MPD subject matter expert, SME advising the drilling team.
    • Minimum 5 years working in HTHP wells.
    • Proven operator-side MPD experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area.
    • Experience managing multiple MPD providers as the MPD Planning and Operations Supervisor
    • Proven track record working both in the office as an SME and offshore as an MPD Advisor supporting drilling supervisors on 24-hour operations.
    • Experience planning and executing Managed Pressure Cementing operations
    • Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
    • Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
