HSE Advisor

Job Description:

• Develops and implements Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program, conducts risk assessments, inspects/audits workplaces, investigates incidents, reporting, and trains team to ensure compliance with regulations and foster a strong safety culture, acting as a key advisor on daily operational safety to prevent harm and promote well-being.
• Lead the HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE activities.
• Lead the safety onboarding and training/coaching.
• Capture all lessons learnt (incl. AAR) into Company's database actively participate in Lessons Learnt operating rhythm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in Wells operations, with minimum of 5 years on HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells).
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards.
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
