About the job Senior Engineer, Production Operations
- Qualification in an appropriate discipline preferably at University level.
- At least 5 years post qualification relevant offshore and/or onshore oil/gas experience.
- Must be able to rapidly assimilate, understand and assess complex operational environments and associated SIMOPS risk interactions in a multi-discipline team situation, with an ability to prioritise activities as required to meet business objectives.
- Have some experience in developing troubleshooting programmes and workscopes to deliver same in a remote operating environment.
- Be prepared for frequent offshore trips of an unscheduled nature and extensive duration with responsibility to deliver a successful outcome.
- Autonomous, positive and flexible work ethic with the ability to work several high priority scopes simultaneously in a stressful environment on and offshore remaining in regulatory compliance whilst doing so.
- Current BOSIET.
- Current AME medical.
- Proven personal management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to comfortably operate and communicate at an operational level offshore and management level onshore.
- Proven presentation, numeric and literacy competencies.
- Proven analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Estimated Duration: 2 YEARS.
