About the job Field Engineer
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Sour Gas Plants, Integrated Refinery/Petrochemical complexes, or deepwater operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP PM, scheduling tools, and maintenance execution processes.
- Familiarity with ORA, AIPSM, SEAM, SMPEP frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of written and spoken English with good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Minimum 5 years of frontline O&M experience in oil & gas, ideally with sour gas processing exposure.
- Experience in Work Planning, Scheduling, and CM/PM execution systems.
- Experience in oil & gas operations on SAP P16 maintenance workflows, PowerBI or similar, business/maintenance system
- Work Based: Onshore based, Bintulu.
