About the job Crane Operator – Call-Out Basis
- Minimum five (5) years of offshore crane operating experience within the last seven (7) years, preferably supporting well intervention, well services, drilling, or production operations.
- Possess a valid DOSH-recognized Offshore Crane Operator Competency Certificate.
- Possess valid offshore survival and emergency response certification (e.g. BOSIET, HUET, or equivalent).
- Familiar with offshore lifting operations, cargo handling, helideck support activities, PTW systems, and offshore HSE requirements.
- Good understanding of safe lifting practices, load charts, rigging awareness, and crane operational limitations.
- Minimum academic qualification of MCE/SPM or equivalent.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of preparing operational reports and completing lifting-related documentation.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and remain composed during emergency situations and high-pressure operations.
- Physically fit for offshore work and medically certified for offshore deployment.
