Contract Engineer, Project

Knowledge & Experience:

• Sound knowledge of contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law;
• Knowledge of EPC / EPCIC/ pipeline/T&I type of works.
• Experience in coordinating a contracts team on multiple projects across multiple locations.
• Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in oil & gas industry plus a minimum of 10 years' experience in contracts development and management in the PAC's oil and gas industry including developing contracting strategies, execution of contract up to close-out / post award contract management and overseeing procurement of Long Lead Items.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder (QS or Engineering Discipline);
• Professional qualification is preferred but may be waived subject to experience.
