Qualification
- Degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Supply Chain/ Logistics, Finance, Economics, Commerce or equivalent qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the related role as Drilling Material Coordinator in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Good and sound knowledge of Customs declarations and importation/export of materials.
- Shorebase processes, PBKSB rules and procedures will be an added advantage.
- Freight/Forwarding, drilling rig notification, other notification to relevant authorities prior rig arrival.
- Mobile within offices and locations during conduct of business.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and at odd hours.
- Provide support Company activities base on drilling program.
- Supervise day to day operations with documentation and clearance of all drilling materials cargo and chartered vessel clearance.
- Liaise/coordinate with all services company to supply equipment, chemicals, tubulars for load out per drilling program.
Job Function
- Provide advice to Drilling Manager/Superintendent on Customs duties/ matters, drilling, vessel, clearance, load out by coordinating with company forwarding agent.
- Generate Purchase Order / Work Orders, maximo PR for any related drilling requirements.
- Handle Bank Guarantee for Drilling Requirements by coordinating with KSB Logistics group.
- Support drilling activities, cargo planning, deck utilization and vessel movement between supply base and rig.
- Monitor all drilling contractiors materials, tracking, materials on hold, inspection, storage, transportation, etc.
- Arrange drilling vessel bunkering of dry and liquid bulk, diesel bunkering with shorebase provider per requirement for:
- Support drilling, personnel check'-in on vessels, Medevac and Hotshot processes per established process.
- Coordinate vessel tank cleaning during vessel off'-hire.
- Verify mill certificate, inspection prior release of materials.
