Job Description:

  • Act as a liaison and working together with Wells, SCM, Legal and Finance team to prepare, execute and manage the full lifecycle for drilling-related contracts, securing competitive, compliant services while mitigating risk.
  • Prepare market survey, tender plan and evaluation and negotiating terms with bidders/vendors.
  • Managing contracts' administration, performance monitoring and close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements and project goals.
  • Capture all lessons learnt and best practices for all the contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in end-to-end contract management in Drilling.
  • Proposed personnel must possess a tertiary qualification (especially in engineering, business or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
