Advisor, Wells Operations

Job Description:

• Develop and manage the wells' planning and operations with D&C Superintendent and D&C team, ensuring safe and efficient well operations by monitoring real-time data, implementing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and all other pre-job planning.
• Working with Engineering and Operational team to provide technical guidance and support to field personnel.
• Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
• Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
• Ensure compliance with Company's Standards and Procedures.
• Capture all lessons learnt (incl. AAR) into Company's database and actively participate in Lessons Learnt/QAQC operating rhythm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Drilling and Completions engineering and operations; with minimum of 5 years of HPHT wells experience.
• Proposed personnel must possess a tertiary qualification (especially in engineering or equivalent work experience).
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
