Water Care Technician – No experience required

Epic Hot Tubs & Swim Spas is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Water Care Technician to join our team in the Raleigh area.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. If you like being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk and take pride in doing things right you'll do well here.

No experience required. We'll train you.

What You'll Do

• Service a route of customers and manage your daily schedule
• Test, adjust, and maintain proper water chemistry
• Clean and maintain hot tubs and swim spas
• Identify issues and take action to resolve them
• Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally

• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a process
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Mechanically inclined or enjoys hands-on work
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing the job right

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends

Requirements

• Clean driving record (required – will be verified)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round in varying conditions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
• Dependable and punctual
