At Epic Hot Tubs & Swim Spas, we help customers create a worry free backyard experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a structured and driven sales professional who thrives on follow up, organization, and consistent activity.
This is not a passive retail role. Our top performers approach this position like a B2B sales role by managing leads, following up consistently, and generating their own opportunities.
What You Will Do
Manage and follow up on inbound leads with urgency and consistency
Conduct phone outreach through calls, texts, and emails
Schedule and run in store and virtual consultations
Maintain an organized pipeline and track all activity
Generate new opportunities through social media and local outreach
Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and referral partners
Close deals and drive revenue through disciplined follow up
Who You Are
Highly organized and process driven
Consistent with follow up and does not let opportunities slip
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
Self motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
Professional, reliable, and customer focused
Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, or B2B sales strongly preferred
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Comfortable using phone, text, email, and social media for sales outreach
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be available to work weekends and most holidays
