Role Summary

Were seeking a results-focused Sales Manager to lead a small team while personally driving revenue across SMBs, professional offices, educational institutions, and government accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who sells actively in the field and over the phone while coaching their team to consistent performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop 2–3 sales representatives
  • Prospect, pitch, and close business through phone outreach and in-person meetings
  • Execute targeted sales efforts across SMBs, law firms, medical practices, schools/universities, and government organizations
  • Leverage an existing client base to generate immediate sales opportunities
  • Track team metrics, monitor performance, and report on results with clear action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and new offerings
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships across multiple channels

Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Direct management of at least 2–3 team members
  • Proven record as a working manager who sells personally (phone + field)
  • Background in ecommerce, technology, hardware, software, or service-based sales
  • Demonstrated success selling into:

    • SMBs
    • Professional offices (law firms, medical practices)
    • Schools and universities (critical requirement)
  • Existing book of business that can be activated immediately

Preferred

  • Experience selling into government entities
  • Consultative selling style with long-term account development
  • Experience operating in multi-channel sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Work Schedule & Travel
