About the job Customer Engagement Specialist (Outbound Sales)
Were looking for an energetic, phone-first sales professional to spark new conversations, reconnect with existing customers, and surface qualified opportunities for our field sales team. This role is dedicated to outreach, discovery, and lead qualification—powering the pipeline that fuels regional growth.
You wont be responsible for closing deals. Instead, you'll identify interest, assess fit, and pass well-documented opportunities to our Aesthetic Consultants for demos and follow-through.
What you'll do
Prospecting & Outreach
- Make high-volume outbound calls to physicians, MedSpa owners, and aesthetic practices.
- Reconnect with current system owners to explore upgrades, expansions, or replacements.
- Introduce our aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and gauge interest and timing.
- Confidently work through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
Lead Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify prospects using defined criteria (practice profile, access to decision-maker, timeline, budget, intent).
- Log accurate call notes and opportunity details in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate consultant with clear, actionable context.
- Ensure smooth, timely handoffs that improve conversion and rep efficiency.
Pipeline & Activity Management
- Maintain consistent daily outreach aligned with performance targets.
- Track follow-ups and engagement history so opportunities never fall through the cracks.
- Partner with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and qualification standards.
What you bring
- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
- 1–3 years in inside sales, outbound sales, or a call-center environment (medical device/tech a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport by phone.
- Self-driven, organized, and resilient in a goal-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and a desire to learn consultative selling.
