Who You Are

You are an experienced HR Manager that currently owns the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department but you're looking to spread your wings and make an immediate impact on a new organization that's eager to put into place your strategies and ideas.

You view opportunities, challenges, and solutions from the eyes of the employee. You build and maintain employee trust, and engagement, both externally and internally 

What You Will Do

Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR Strategy is aligned with overall business strategy

Act as main point of contact for business leaders, employees, and stakeholders by providing coaching, guidance and resolving people issues

Collaborate with and act as a conduit amongst the Senior Executive team and legal counsel

Advise executive leadership of issues as they develop

Manage internal HR platforms including, but not limited to, Company HRIS (new entries/terminations, platform admin management)

Build and maintain HR policy, process, and program

Manage employees engagement activities that foster fun and group collaboration

What You Bring

We'd like to see at least a few years of HR Management experience (fintech, financial software organization experience preferred). Along with

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, active listening

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation,

    Deep knowledge of HR functions (culture management, employee relations, HR compliance, benefits and

    compensation administration, rewards and recognition, etc.)

  • Ability to build and speak to HR metrics and analytics

  • CHRP/SHRM-CP a plus; strong desire to achieve certification
