Fixed Term Opportunity | Perth-based | $160,000 + Superannuation
A rare enterprise-wide opportunity for an experienced HR & Transformation, Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of initiatives that support organisational priorities and workforce transformation.
About the Role
This role will see you drive the successful delivery of multiple concurrent and high impact projects, providing specialist guidance and advice to executive leaders and operational teams. This is an end-to-end delivery, and you will lead from project inception through to implementation, applying effective project and change management methodologies to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic people projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external corporate teams, consultants, and executive stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and financials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industrial frameworks.
- Drive effective change management practices to support the adoption of new processes or systems.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key insights.
You
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, HR, Business, or a related field or equivalent.
- Proven success leading complex transformation projects in large or decentralised organisations.
- Experience interpreting enterprise agreements.
- Deep experience leading corporate projects for back-office functions
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR and Procurement.
- Sound judgement, initiative, and ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
