Are you a proactive and versatile Business Analyst ready to take on a large impact, end-to-end project delivery role in a supportive, collaborative environment?
About the Role
Reporting to Senior Leadership and working under the direction of Technology Project Managers, you will support end to end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to testing, change support and go-live. You will be instrumental in ensuring that business needs are understood and clearly defined and effectively translated into system and business process outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to define and document business and system requirements.
- Lead and participate in workshops and interviews to elicit information and clarify business objectives.
- Analyse current and future state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key business analysis artefacts including process flows, user stories, use cases, and requirements documentation.
- Assist in the design and execution of test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support organisational change management activities including stakeholder communications and training content development.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with project goals and delivery timelines.
- Contribute to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and validated.
- Support post-implementation activities including lessons learned and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in creating and executing UAT test cases, and support user training and organisational change activities.
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation reviews.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex technology or ERP-focused environment.
- Relevant BA certifications such as IIBA, BABOK.
- Solid understanding of corporate systems including HR, Finance, and Procurement.
- Strong business process modelling and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience engaging diverse stakeholders and translating business needs to technical teams.
- Open to managing (at times) UAT, change support, and project coordination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
