Product Owner

About the Role

As the Product Owner, you'll be the voice of the customer and the connector between cross-functional teams. You'll gather, refine, and manage requirements from stakeholders and clients, and drive prioritisation and delivery in collaboration with software development and research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
• Gather and translate business requirements into a clear product backlog
• Collaborate with software developers, R&D, and the senior stakeholders to define and prioritise features
• Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Ensure product design aligns with health related regulatory, and customer needs
• Present insights and product strategies to senior stakeholders
• Champion customer experience in product development

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in digital product and customer-focused software delivery
• Expertise in customer experience, software development or product design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic product decisions
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and high-paced environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in healthcare technology (highly regarded)
