Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects from start to completion
• Define scope, schedule, and deliverables
• Coordinate with VDC Team Leads to manage resources and workload
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Lead coordination meetings and manage project communication
• Track progress, RFIs, and scope changes
• Identify and escalate risks or delays early
• Ensure deliverables meet client and Eracore quality standards
• Provide regular status updates to management

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within Electrical BIM, VDC, or construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and BIM workflows
• Experience working on U.S.-based construction projects preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and Bluebeam
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
