  • Ensures the smooth running of supplies of commercial materials with the help of the material purchase manager.
  • Organizes logistics ensuring the smooth running of manufacturing
  • Ensures that the manufacturing complies with the plans drawn up by the Design Office and in case of uncertainty takes the advice of the project manager
  • Ensures compliance with the industry standards and codes.
  • Control and acceptance of the work of subcontractors
  • Organizes and participates in the testing and commissioning phases with subcontractors.
  • Anticipates drifts, informs the Project Manager as soon as possible of the difficulties encountered, defines actions corrective actions, ensures their implementation and monitors them.
  • Reports on a weekly basis on the progress to his line manager and, if necessary, to the other functional entities of attachment.
  • Manages subcontracting with the help of the subcontracting purchasing manager (specifications, request for consultation and purchase, follow-up, reception).
  • Respects the rules of engagement applicable to projects
  • Search for potential subcontractors in Asia
  • Audit and qualification of subcontractors
  • Implementation and follow-up of the supplier panel in Asia
  • Applies and enforces the safety instructions and quality procedures provided for in the project.
  • Must travel frequently in Vietnam and SEA
  • Can be taken exceptionally to work on weekends and public holidays
  • May participate in maintenance operations (on-site travel)


Diploma:          Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:     Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.

Languages:     English communication is a MUST. French is a plus
