KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Transfers and Boat Operations

• Every evening checks the schedule for transfers and excursions for the following day. Be familiar with the details regarding the trips including number of guests, their names and any special requirements.
• Prepare boat set up, according to the requirements of the trip and the operating procedures. Always make sure there are sufficient cold towels, beverages and seasick bands required for each trip. Additionally, during rainy season, make sure that there are enough raincoats and towels available on board.
• Go through the check list with boat captain and make sure that everything on the check list is followed.
• Ensure that if you or the Eri Hosts miss a meal while on a trip, coordinate with Chief Captain, and ensure that the food is prepared for them from the resort.
• Ensure that the boat is clean, set-up and waiting on the guest jetty, 30 minutes prior to each trip. All Eri Hosts must follow the Resort grooming and uniform standards.
• Make sure all trips are as comfortable as possible for all guests, whilst ensuring their safety and catering to their needs.
• Assist the guest at all the time during the trip and pay special attention to the inclement weather.
