Seeking a Lead-Data Manager responsible for leading all data management activities for a major ERP transformation program. The position plays a critical role in ensuring data readiness, integrity, and compliance across core business functions during the implementation of Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Align with central program for data workstream to develop and manage comprehensive data management activities aligned with airport business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Align with the projects data governance frameworks, policies, and standards for master, transactional, and reference data across all relevant domains.
  • Lead the definition and execution of data quality, cleansing, and migration protocols, ensuring readiness for all ERP modules (e.g., GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Work Orders, Asset Groups, Maintenance, Supplier Master, POs, Contracts, Employee Master, Payroll, Positions).

Data Migration & Integration

  • Oversee end-to-end data migration activities, including ETL processes, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation from legacy and non-ERP systems to Oracle Fusion.
  • Ensure reconciliation and validation activities are implemented across the data activities related to Finance, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Procurement, Lease Management, and HR
  • Coordinate mock conversions, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and post-migration validation to ensure seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, risks, and dependencies, proposing solutions for integration and automation.
  • Alignment with the target operating model for the various functions Finance, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Procurement, Lease Management, and HR.
  • Alignment and adherence to the programs timelines and any risks associated are highlighted to the central PMO and closed accordingly.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Serve as the primary data liaison with the PMO, business stream leads, and external partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, align on data frameworks, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Develop and deliver training for business users and data owners on new data management tools, validation processes, and reconciliation activities in coordination

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure all data management activities comply with internal and external data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, Qatar PDPPL).
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement secure, scalable data management and integration solutions, including encryption, masking, and secure transfer protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in data management, migration, and cleansing.
  • Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations (preferably Oracle Fusion) within asset-intensive or airport environments is desirable.
  • Strong technical expertise in data integration, ETL, database management, and data security.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination in complex, cross-functional settings.
  • Professional certifications in data management, project management, or ERP systems (preferred).
