Scope of Work:

1. Manage all development

processes within the dealership

product team: o Facilitating agile & SAFe events

o Monitors team

performance metrics

(velocity, burn

-down

charts) to assess progress

and identify areas for

improvement.

o Actively control the quality

of products itself that is

managed by the product

team.

2. Removing Impediments &

Enhancing Productivity o Identify and remove

blockers that slow down

the team (dependencies,

resource issues).

o Work with other Scrum

Masters, RTE, UH, and

management to resolve

cross

-team challenges.

3. Encouraging Team

Collaboration & Self

Requirements:

Placement at the Pulomas

office

Minimum bachelors degree

from a reputable university

More than 3 years experience

as a Scrum Master

Minimum 2 years' experience

in a leadership role

Experience in software

development as a

Developer/Programmer is

preferrable

Excellent communication,

interpersonal, and

presentation skills

Proficient in English (written

and oral)
