EDUCATION

Key-in the required educational background/level required for the Job

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.

8 years of experience in programme management, PMO, or project delivery roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.

Strong understanding of Banking as a Service (BaaS), embedded finance, and digital banking ecosystems.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes, ensuring structured governance and stakeholder management.

Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex project

Interdependencies.

Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging senior executives, regulators, and external partners.

Proficiency in programme management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.) and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, PPT)
